I’m a midwife. I’ve seen what hypnobirthing-only courses can leave out, and I’ve seen traditional antenatal classes hand people a pile of facts with no idea how to cope when labour actually kicks in.
So I built The Whole Shebang, because I don’t think anyone should have to pick between two courses. You’re already juggling enough, and nobody has time for that!
This is the course I wish every person I looked after had been able to do, built from everything I’ve seen on the labour ward across countless births. Real life, not just theory. Everything in one place.
It’s a complete antenatal, birth and postnatal preparation course over four sessions, blending the calm and coping tools of hypnobirthing with the “wait, what’s actually happening?” explanations of a traditional antenatal class.
