Hypnobirthing Group and 1:1 Sessions

My hypnobirthing courses are designed to help you prepare for birth with calm, confidence, and practical tools. Through relaxation techniques, breathing, and positive mindset work, you’ll learn how to work with your body during labour while connecting with other like-minded families in a supportive, encouraging space.

The ideal time to book is between 20-30 weeks of pregnancy so you've got lots of time to practice, but do get in touch if hypnobirthing interests you and you've found it later and we'll see what we can do!

What you get

  • A 9-10 hour course, delivered by face to face or online sessions

  • A pack of positive birth affirmation cards

  • Downloadable relaxation MP3 tracks

  • Ongoing support through your pregnancy and up until your birth

  • If attending a group session, you will have to opportunity to meet other expectant parents and have access to a Whatsapp group.

What you will learn

This course is designed to help you feel calm, confident and deeply prepared for one of life’s most transformative moments. Together, we will explore practical knowledge and powerful techniques to support a positive and empowering birth experience.

During the course we will explore:
 

•  The physiology of birth and how your body and baby work together during labour
•  How to release fear and avoid the Fear–Tension–Pain cycle
•  Deep relaxation techniques including breathing, visualisation and guided relaxation
•  How to remain calm, focused and in control throughout labour
•  How to support the natural release of oxytocin and endorphins, your body’s birthing      hormones
•  How to trust your body and your instincts during birth
•  How to create a personalised birth plan that reflects your preferences
•  Understanding interventions and how to navigate them calmly if needed
•  How your birth partner can provide meaningful support during labour
•  Tools to help you make informed decisions throughout pregnancy and birth
